Cult of science: Part 1
Lads thank you all again for all support!
It's time to peak into plans for future Vaults of Knowledge patches, which will be targeted on new mechanic for commissioned factions.
Selling databanks to factions
Yes, in next patch, together with bugfixes one of first features being added will be factions buying databanks from you! Databanks can be sold to station commanders/administrators.
Time to profit
Moreover, each vanilla faction have different dialog options, as each of them have either similar or completely different attitude towards research! There will be added easy support for each modded faction to implement their own faction's behaviour.
Tri Tachyon R&D
Shrine moment
I've come to bargain
To add even more, selling databanks can have varying results!
We research
We smash
We sell
Changes to sprites
Slowly process of replacing industry sprites in AoTD has began. One of very first industries reciving new art is Orbital Skunkwork Facility: Done by CY/Milkydromeda.
TT bias over there.
Future plans
As i said this is just first part of greater dev log for this huge patch, next one I plan to showcase new mechanic : Research Contracts.
Pssst, there might be some small Orion Sector dev log along way, stay tuned!
